SDRS/SDIC Whistleblower

I grew up on a hog farm by Dell Rapids, SD. I would go to Canby, MN vo-tech for Ag-Business and managed a contract hog farm for a few years. At 25yrs old, I went to USD for an Accounting MPA, interned at a public accounting firm, then at the SDIC. I was hired full time at the SDIC in January 2004.

I would work 50 hours a week at the SDIC for the next 2 decades, building valuation models, managing convertible arbitrage, high-yield bonds and equity portfolios, eventually working my way up to Senior Investment Manager co-managing a $2.5 billion Core equity fund.

I bought an acreage by Tea, and married the man that helped me install my fence and build my shed;) I got chickens and goats, and enjoyed them immensely. I got a bee hive when I was having troubles pollinating my garden, and eventually became president of the Big Sioux Bee Lovers club. I love nature, farming and family.

I also enjoy traveling to exotic places and experiencing new things.

‍Whistleblowing in the state of South Dakota has been the craziest experience in my life. Every step has been a mind-blowing endurance run of corruption, incompetence and “looking the other way”. ‍

People need to ask alot of questions and demand clear answers about what is going on in this state government. Every South Dakota citizen will feel the consequences of a malfunctioning and corrupt government.

I’m not sure how real it is or not, but alot of people seem to believe there is an element of danger to this saga. So incase anyone needs a little inspiration, this stuff worked for me.

Two brave Ukrainian leaders fighting for freedom
A person dressed as the vigilante character V from V for Vendetta, wearing a Guy Fawkes mask and black costume with gloves, holding two crossed knives. The background is black with white and orange text that reads, 'People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people.'
A scene from a fantasy movie with a man in armor, looking exhausted, in a snowy landscape. Above it is a quote, 'What we do in life... echoes in eternity.'
