Renae Randall was cyberattacked/terrorized by the State of South Dakota and GPNA Law Firm to cover up her being fired for Whistleblowing at the South Dakota Investment Council, the agency that manages +$20 billion of public money. I was fired May 30, 2025, but the evidence shows my Microsoft Defender being turned on/off starting shortly after I started “asking questions” at the office in January 2025. I still have been unable to find any SD government entity that will take my report of either the whistleblower firing or the cyberattack.
Flock is a form of government mass surveillance of the citizens. The government of South Dakota is not trustworthy enough to be responsible with this technology, as it seems like if any law enforcement use it in an illegal way, there would be no way for an innocent citizen to report the crime to anyone in the State of South Dakota. I know several others that are also being cyberattacked by the State of South Dakota that also can’t report it to anyone. This is a common problem for whistleblowers and anti-corruption advocates in the State of South Dakota.

Pg 1: My personal laptop Microsoft Defender Anti-virus history with the timing of events of my whistleblower incident.
Pg 2: My friend Don (78 yr old veteran and beekeeper friend who was also cyberattacked during this time) email coming through the SD .gov Portal shortly after a SDRS newsletter email with the SDRS newsletter attachments in Don’s email.
Pg 3-4: A scanned copy of the Notice of Claims of Wrongful Termination. This PDF was sent to me Oct 14. Notice that is when the Microsoft Defender is turned off permanently. It is interesting that they “hand deliver” this to Marty Jackley and Darin Seeley on Oct 8, but don’t sent me the email notifying me that they did this until Oct 14 with the PDF of this document attached. The terrorizing would start on Nov 1, after I absolutely refuse to sign the NDA they were demanding I sign.
Pg 5: My GPNA lawyer threatening me that I better not be telling anyone about my Whistleblower firing because “they are watching you.” They then send my my own private LinkedIn messages as proof.
Pg 6: My reply back that I am brutal hacked. My experience trying to report it to the Sioux Falls Police that refused to take the report or even let me use their phone. I beg her for help to report it to the FBI and tell her I’m concerned for my life.
Pg 7-8: The attachments of the hacked, adulterated private LinkedIn messages GPNA Law firm sent to me.

Pg 12: The GPNA reply email acknowledging the hack, but not going to do anything about it or help me with it. Then demands all my financial information, because I need to settle (agree to sign the NDA and changed the firing to a quitting) before they will do anything to help me report the whistleblower firing. (If I settled, then there would not be a firing to report at all).
Pg 13: My mailed paper letter to GPNA begging for help with the hack because I can only seem to use my computer if it’s not connected to the internet. Also a bunch of questions about her bizarre behavior.
Pg 13: GPNA mailed paper reply back as I was refusing to take emails or phone calls from them by this point because I was starting to figure out it was the “Notice of Claims of Wrongful Termination” PDF that kicked of the really debilitating cyberattack. She again acknowledges that I am hacked, but want me to use email anyway.
Pg 16-21: Marty Jackley, Attorney General financial disclosers that he was and possibly still is a Partner at GPNA Law firm.
Pg 22-61: Evidence of being stalked by Matt Clark, State Investment Officer of the South Dakota Investment Council that fired me for Whistleblowing.

Pg 65: Hacker saved the number on my phone that he sent my 2 factor texts to.
Pg. 66: Hacker had some kind of cloud link stored for my 2 factor texts and all my phone contacts.
Pg. 67: Hacker keeping notes in my phone contacts of who I am talking too.
Pg.68: Hacker blocks me from using Brave Browser, a privacy browser that doesn’t collect data about everything you do on the internet.
Pg. 69: Hacker had all my calls and texts forwarded to himself.
Pg. 70: Hacker calls me under the guise of XM Radio. There is no XM Radio out of Rapid City, but that is where GPNA Law firm is from.
Pg 71-72: “XM Radio out of Rapid City” would call non-stop for weeks.
Pg 73: example of bombardment of emails with misplaced buttons to click.
Pg 74-77: Patrick Burns was the only lawyer on the list of Whistleblower lawyers in the State of SD. He’s a mysterious figure that knew both of my lawyers that I had that would both refuse to file the whistleblower report and demand I sign an NDA instead. Hacker doesn’t allow me to research him.
Pg 78: Billboard in Ft. Pierre to alert State government people of whistleblower status because I couldn’t communicate with the outside world. Not one person would contact me.
Pg 79: I run for State Auditor at GOP Convention. Campaign speech is to alert 1000 people at convention of whistleblower firing and all the different SD government entities that have refused to take the report or reply back to me. I meet alot of anti-corruption advocates there. Several suffering from brutal cyberattacks.
