IN THIS LESSON
Government Operations & Audit Committee (GOAC)
9-8-26
For context, the below is what was on this page 5 days before this meeting. Renae promoted this to her contacts and through the ExposeLies605 Facebook group, so Renae knows they got quite a few emails alerting them of the situation before the meeting and that there would be an audience watching. Keep this in mind when you watch the video of what happens in this meeting:

The Government Operations & Audit Committee has oversight of the entire operations and auditing of the South Dakota Government. The committee will be voting whether to accept the Public Integrity Unit Report that is missing the SDRS/SDIC Whistleblower, as Renae Randall has been unable to report this to the AG Office or any other SD government entity for the last 15 months. Even though she has been very determined and creative in trying to report it, every government entity has found ways to block taking the report, including the AG Office.
The documents I have uploaded to the LRC and emailed each member individually are in the “Testimony and Documents” button below. There is very concerning evidence of the fraud, GPNA Law Firm, Marty Jackley’s relationship to GPNA Law Firm and the cyberattack.
If you would like to do something in support of the SDRS/SDIC Whistleblower and stopping corruption in South Dakota, please email the GOAC members to provide encouragement to do the right thing. Also, please tell any family or friends who work for the school districts and state/municipal employees, as their retirements are at serious risk. Example:
To: Marty.Overweg@sdlegislature.gov; Taffy.Howard@sdlegislature.gov; Julie.Auch@sdlegislature.gov; Eric.Emery@sdlegislature.gov; Karla.Lems@sdlegislature.gov; Scott.Moore@sdlegislature.gov; RedDawn.Foster@sdlegislature.gov; Tamara.Grove@sdlegislature.gov; Chris.Karr@sdlegislature.gov; Ernie.Otten@sdlegislature.gov
Subject: Public Integrity Unit Report
I am emailing to request you do not accept the Public Integrity Unit Report as it does not include the SDRS/SDIC Whistleblower Report. After seeing the evidence, I am extremely concerned about the SDRS/SDIC Whistleblower accusations, her inability to report this to the AG Office and the evidence of the cyberattacks.
Sincerely,
{Name}

There is really no better way to explain what is happening in this meeting than to take the time to watch the full 1 hour video with Renae’s yellow text comments explaining what is happening in real time.
The documents referenced are:
Renae recommends people look through these documents, and assess for themselves if Renae has given these two committees enough hard evidence in the last 2.5 months to be concerned. And then watch the full 1 hour video and see how this meeting plays out.
Renae feels there are a significant number of conmen in the SD government, and when people watch this video, they will be able to see the con.
Chris Karr lectures Renae Randall that the AG Office does prosecute fraud once in a while.
Part of Renae’s accusation is the AG Office itself and many, many other elites associated with the Executive Branch. So the next step would be to go to the Legislative oversight entities such as GOAC and Executive Board. Renae filed a whistleblower complaint to GOAC, which didn’t want to look at it so sent it to Executive Board. Chris Karr is Chairman of the Executive Board and also a GOAC member. He refuses to look at the complaint and demands Renae report it to the AG Office that has refused to take the report.
*Auditor General of Legislative Audit should also be in the yellow comments pic, but there wasn’t enough characters in the text box to include it;) The first GOAC meeting is exclusively about Legislative Audit.
