IN THIS LESSON

Renae’s AG office interactions.

Renae wanted a lawyer between her and the AG Office as a 3rd party involved, since she was having such odd problems with reporting it to other departments and getting anyone to look into the incident.

  • Renae would contact the AG Office web submission once on June 18 and again on June 20.

  • Hank Prim would follow-up on June 23.

  • A little back and forth for a few months.

  • Renae sends him “Notice of Claim of Wrongful Termination” on Oct 14. That Notice was hand delivered to Marty Jackley’s AG Office on Oct. 8 according to GPNA Law firm.

  • Renae was told by GPNA Law firm that she could only report some of her AG Summary questions and tell the AG about a person who might know something. Renae got the feeling she was not going to be allowed to be interviewed about this.

  • Renae was also told by GPNA Law firm several times that she could only file the AG Whistleblower report after she settled with the SDIC. That settlement would include Renae agreeing to change the involuntary retaliatory termination to a voluntary termination, therefore no crime to investigate. Legal citations were never provided by GPNA Law firm as to why Renae had to settle before she could report the whistleblowing incident.

  • Renae has not heard from Hank Prim nor anyone else from AG Office since. Renae is currently unsure of GPNA and AG Office interactions.

  • After hiring two different lawyers to help me with this report filing, Renae has not been successful in filing a report with the AG Office yet. She will wait until 2027 to file this report.
