Absolute Insanity.
This is/was the most traumatic experience of Renae’s life. Way worse than her father dying, as that happens to everyone eventually. This was the government of South Dakota cyberattacking her to intimidate her to sign an illegal settlement and NDA to cover up what is obviously some kind of fraud going on. A well-executed strategy to confuse the victim and induce panic attacks. It will break you psychologically. You will think you are going crazy. Your friends will start to wonder too. You become more distant because you can’t trust anyone and the panic attacks just grip you. It’s so broad in nature, it’s hard to believe this was the first time it was done to someone.

Can someone from the State of South Dakota explain how my bee club friend Don’s email came through the SD.gov Portal for SDRS with SDRS PDF attachments? Don has had alot of computer/phone problems also. Don is a 77 yr old veteran that donates the food from his garden to the food bank and was the original founder of Big Sioux Bee Lovers bee club. Don does not deserve this. How many other friends of Renae Randall is the State of South Dakota doing this to? How is Renae supposed to live a normal life and get a job with the State of South Dakota doing this to her to prevent her from telling people she was a Former Senior Investment Manager fired for Whistleblowing about a collapse of Internal Controls at the South Dakota Investment Council on May 30, 2025.
